In our 1st game at Bonnabel the Yankees defeated the White Sox 17 - 7. Leading hitters in this game for the Sox were: Claude Troullier 2 for 3, 1DBL, 1Hr, 3RBI; Ray Poirrier 1 for 2, 2RBI; Lowell Gauff 2 for 4, 2RBI. For the Sox Chris Bell, Tim Flores and Glenn Romero each had 2 hits apiece to lead the White Sox offense.
Our 2nd game saw the Cubs defeat the Cardinals 14 - 4. Leading the Cubs attack were: Boomer Newman 4 for 4, 2DBL, 3RBI; John O'Reilly 3 for 4, 2RBI; Steve Schneck 2 for 4, 1HR, 2RBI; Rick Hudson 2 for 4, 1DBL, 2RBI; and Kevin Martin 2 for 3, 1RBI. Chip Loftin picked up the win. For the Cardinals Dan Long was 1 for 4, 1HR, 2Rbi.
At St. Charles in the 1st game the Dodgers beat the Rangers 3 - 0. Chris Rivette was 2 for 2, 1HR, 1RBI while Jimmy Barta pitched 7 innings with 10 k's to pick up the win. Bob and Ralph Oster, along with Mike Wetzel each got a hit for the Rangers.
The 2nd game at St. Charles saw the Rangers defeat the Dodgers by the score 11 - 3. Leading hitters for the Rangers were: Damian Scioneaux 3 for 4, 1HR, 3RBI; Kevin Senior 2 for 4, 1TR, 1RBI; and Leo Leblanc 2 for 3. For the Dodgers Derel Cusick was 2 for 3, 1TR.

The only game we played today was the 1st game at St. Charles where the Yankees beat the White Sox 6 - 5. Leading hitters for the Yankees were: Lowell Gauff 2 for 2, 4RBI; Rick Philibert 2 for 3; and Ricky Plauche 2 for 3. Fred Alfred picked up the win for the Yankees. Eric Costa was 3 for 3, 1DBL, for the White Sox.

In our last week of the regular season at Bonnabel the Dodgers defeated the White Sox 12 - 0. Leading hitters for the Dodgers were: Marc Young 2 for 2, 3R; Derek Cusick 2 for 2, 1Dbl, 3RBI; Chris Rivette 2 for 3, 1DBl, 2RBI; Phil Wangerin 2 for 3, 1HR, 2RBI; and Jimmy Barta 1 for 3, 1Hr, 3RBI. Jimmy Barta also picked up the win with 10 k's in 5 innings. Glenn Romero was 2 for 2 for the White Sox.
Our 2nd game saw the Rangers beating the Cubs 8 - 4. Leading hiters for the Rangers were: Damian Scioneaux 2 for 2, 1TR, 1RBI; Craig Quintal 2 for 4, 2DBL, 1RBI; Bob Oster 2 for 4, 1DBL, 1RBI; and Tommy Brewer 2 for 4, 1DBL, 1RBI. Quintal picked up the win for the Rangers. Steve Stropolo was 3 for 4 for the Cubs.
At St. Charles the Tigers defeated the Yankees 10 - 9. Leading the Tigers were: Angel Ramirez 3 for 3; Travis Puls 2 for 4, 2Dbl, 3RBI; Tom Baer 2 for 3, 2RBI; and Mike Lee 2 for 4, 1RBI. Baer picked up the win for the Tigers. Leading the Yankees were; Brian Singleton 3 for 4, 1DBL, 1RBI; and Rob Troullier 2 for 4, 1DBL, 1 Hr, 3RBI.
The 2nd game here saw the Cardinals beating the Phillies 12 - 4. Leading the Cardinals were: Steve Manor 3 for 4, 2DBL, 1RBI; Gwain Roundtree 3 for 4, 3RBI; Melvin Howard 2 for 2, 2RBI; and Ben Hebert 2 for 3, 1DBL, 1RBI. Travis Gros picked up the win. Luis Bautista was 2 for 2 for the Phillies.
