WEEK 7

May 19, 2013

The 1st game at Bonnabel saw the Yankees beat the Pirates 8 - 1. The Yankees leading hitters were: Mike Kennedy 2 for 2, 1RBI, Malcohm Beck 2 for 2, 1DBL, 2RBI, Rickey Plauche 2 for 2, 1RBI. Fred Jackson picked up the win. Gene Schmoltz led the pirates going 2 for 3.

Our 2nd game here saw the White Sox defeat the Phillies 8 - 7. Leading the way for the Sox were: Shannon Richards 2 for 3, 1DBL, 2RBI, and Lynn Brehm 2 for 3, 1RBI. Lynn also picked up the win for the Sox. The Phillies were led by the St. Amand family. Rudy went 1 for 3, and Brandon went 1 for 3, 1DBL. Jay Ledet was 1 for 3, 1TR, 2RBI.

Over in Laplace the Ranger handles the Cardinals 22 - 4. For the Rangers you had Brian Kennedy 5 for 5, 1DBL, 1Tr, 4RBI, Damian Scioneaux 4 for 5, 1DBL, 4RBI, Kevin Senior, 4 for 5, 3DBL, 5RBI, and Mike Wetzel 4 for 5, 3RBI. Spencer Ott picked up the win for the Rangers. For the Cardinals Doug Hodgson 2 for 3, 1DBL, 3RBI and Craig Robicheaux 2 for 4, 1DBL, led the Cardinals.

The 2nd game here saw the Cubs beat the Tigers 13 - 1. The Cubs leading hitters were: Phil Leblanc 4 for 5, 1DBL, 3RBI, Allyn Hughes 3 for 4, "Boomer" Newman 3 for 5, 2DBL, 2RBI, Steve Stropolo 3 for 5. Mancuso got the win for the Cubs. Leading hitters for the Tigers were: Billy Bourgeois 2 for 3, and Terry Puls 2 for 3, 1DBL, 1RBI.

WEEK 6

May 5, 2013

Our 1st game at Bonnabel saw the Yankees beating the Phillies 16 - 6. Leading the Yankees offense were: Lloyd Delahoussay 2 for 3, 1DBL, 1TR, 3RBI, Albert Causey 2 for 3, 3RBI, Reggie Lane 2 for 2, 1HR. 2RBI. Reggie Lane also was the winning pitcher for the Yankees. For the Phillies, Rudy St. Amand was 3 for 3.

Our 2nd game had the Rangers defeating the Pirates 15 - 1. Leading hitters for the Rangers were: Ernest Neves 4 for 4, 1DBL, 4RBI, Chris Ricks 3 for 3, 2DBL, 2RBI,Damian Scioneaux 1 for 2, 1DBL, 3RBI. Spencer Ott picked up the win.

At St. Charles the White Sox beat the Tigers 13 - 7. Leading the White Sox were: Chris Bell 2 for 4, 2RBI, Eric Costa 1 for 3, 2RBI, and Harold Bouch had 2RBI. Eric Costa picked up the win for the White Sox. For the Tigers Byron Addison was 3 for 4, 1RBI.

Meanwhile down at Southland in Houma, the Dodgers beat the Cardinals 10 - 7. Leading the Dodgers were: Marc Young 2 for 5, 1DBL, 1RBI, Mickey Gallagher 1 for 4, 1DBL, 2RBI, Phil Wangerin 2 for 5, 2RBI, and Wayne Messa 1 for 2, 3RBI. For the Cardinals, Brian Cavalier, Steve Manor, Gwain Roundtree, and Craig Robicheaux each had 2 hits. Jimmy Barta picked up the win for the Dodgers.

 

WEEK 5

April 28, 2013

Our 1st game at Bonnabel saw the Cubs beat the Pirates 8 - 1. The Cubs were led by: Kevin Martin 2 for 2, 1RBI, Paul Mancuso 2 for 3, 1RBI, Bart Molay 1 for 2, 1DBL, 1RBI. Paul Mancuso picked up the win. The Pirates got 4 hits during the game.

Our 2nd game was postponed due to severe weather.

Meanwhile at St. Charles the Rangers defeated the Tigers 6 - 3. Leading hiters for the Rangers were: Bob Oster 2 for 4, 1HR, 2RBI, Leo Leblanc 2 for 4, Craig Quintal picked up the win for the Rangers. The Tigers were led by Kerry Perkins 2 for 3, 1HR. 1RBI.

Our 2nd game was postponed due to severe weather..
